This is the full guitar lesson for One Of These Things First.
One Of These Things First is by English singer-songerwriter Nick Drake. It's a beautifully written piece and a real joy to play. Drake had a very unorthodox style of playing and to this day no one has ever sounded quite like him. You can get closer to achieving his tone by using old, dull sounding strings and also fingerpicking up over the soundhole closer to the fretboard.

One Of These Things First Guitar Lesson
This song may seem relatively easy at first but it is actually quite challenging at times. One thing that you may well struggle to get down is the structure of the verse, therefore I really recommend listen over and over again to the song to help you slot everything into place.

How to Play the Bridge
The bridge is a really cool section of the song, but it's not easy to play! There's not really any patterns to rely on and the chords really fly by.
